Hercules 500 Chair.
Chair went together easy although I think one of the armrest nuts either started spinning or started to pull loose from the chair innards. Think it will be okay though. The finish/paint on the metal frame of the armrest is not that great for spending $300 on a chair. The inner corners of the frame did not get painted. The chair is comfortable, however it is still narrower than I hoped and seems to make me sit tipped forward almost to much. Hope I can get used to it or I may have to stack some washers underneath the mounting base to make it sit more level. I weigh 445 pounds and it seems to hold my weight well even in the reclined position. Time will tell if the hydraulic piston/shock tube hold up. If it fails I will re-review giving the life span. It rotates freely and smoothly, to tilt the chair back make sure the lowering handle it pulled out. The chair locks in the seated position if the handle gets pushed inward.

Hercules Series 500 Chair
I bought the Hercules 500 chair for my husband for Christmas, and he loves it. The chair gives my husband extra space in the seat and back to relax. He says that it is the most comfortable chair that he has ever owned. I would highly recommend this very sturdy chair.

Mostly Very Comfortable
The chair is very comfortable other than that the seat back is reclined further than is comfortable for me. There is no way to adjust the recline level. I put a pillow behind my back to bring me forward, which works just fine. Otherwise, great chair.

Comfortable But May Be Too Large
The chairs are very comfortable, however they are also very large and the only thing you can adjust is the height. Your feet may not touch the ground unless you are tall, even with the height adjusted if you sit all the way back in the chair.
