Disapointed
Well the first time I sat in the chair I went over backwards so not to happy with product, I feel that the pedestal is to small for the chair but that is just my opinion.. so I chose to return and was informed that I would be responsible for return shipping well found out it would cost more that half of the cost of the chair so I called back to find out if there was away to ship it back thru bizchair.com cheaper and was told no but was then told that if I took pictures of the defective part they would send me a new one well I can't say that there is a defective part I just feel that the pedestal is too small for the chair witch makes it unstable stretch.. so i guess stuck with a product that I'm not happy with

I bought this chair as a birthday present for my husband. It was kind of hard to hide it, so he got it early. I assembled it while he was as work. I was able to get all but one screw on the bottom completely tightened. It probably took 30-45 minutes to assemble, which I suppose isn't that bad, considering I was the one that put it together. The chair looks good and ages similar to leather without a smell of a chemically treated skin of a poor killed animal. I must say this is the first faux leather that I can say feels like real leather. It is better than a "leatherette" in my 2011 Ford Fusion - definitely! Outstanding Chair
I was having problems with my back because I spend about 12 hours per day in a computer chair. Eight hours at work and then another 3 hours at home for graduate research, gaming, or selling things on [@]. I don't own a phone like like many others to keep up with emails so I have to be on the computer a lot. It is really terrible for your back and I am afraid what will happen if I continue to work

I had the impression it would be real leather, and saw a tag on it saying it was imitation... Initially disappointed, I soon forgot about it completely. I give this chair a full five stars because of its materials, design, workmanship, and price mixture. It is a great buy. It is not a perfect chair, but, again, it's excellent at this price. I ordered this chair for my office, and am pleased with the result. As to be expected, the shipment is somewhat heavy (42 lbs). The shipping box is awkward, but packed proficiently.
