I ordered two of these for our office. Both arrived with the molded plastic handle for the seat control lever broken off. I contacted customer service, and they offered to send replacement parts for those right away. The chair is comfortable. It's a little difficult to adjust the seat, but I suspect it will be easier when we had a lever with a handle on it. I like the adjustable arms, as our previous chairs had damaged arm rest padding from banging into the counter tops. The chair looks nice from the front. From behind it looks like some sort of space vehicle or robot face. It has very shiny silver molded plastic frame work that seems out of place with the rest of the chair.
