Disappointed with knee pads
The knee pads are so hard they hurt my knees. And I wish I could lower the chair but it is at max. I'm looking for a pillow or replacement pad for the knees. If I sit in a regular chair it locks up my hips, making it very difficult to stand up. I used a kneeling chair years ago at work and I loved it. So I ordered another one. I wish I had kept the other one. Any suggestions for easing the knee pain?

Ergonomic Kneeling Posture Office Chair
We use this chair daily. One of the deciding factors to purchase this particular chair was that this model meets/and or exceeds ANSI/BIFMA standards. This is our first kneeling posture chair. Therefore, we have no experience with more expensive ones and cannot comment. I am glad that the chair can be adjusted in height because my husband is taller than I am. Sitting up straight is a considerable i

So Far So Great!
I use this chair every day as my primary office chair to alleviate lower back pain caused by sitting too long. Others said it was hard to assemble, but I cant respond to that - my office manager kindly assembled it for me and no complaint from him. It's nice looking, very sturdy (I weigh 140 and it does not wiggle or creak)and rolls around pretty well on very thin carpet. The padding seems fine, a

Excellent Value Once Assembled
I had the same problem as another poster where the adjustment shaft did not fit between the wings. I used a pair of vise grips to bend the wings into full vertical position and a hammer to flatten the shaft slightly so it would fit. Not a big deal if you have the tools. Once assembled it is sturdy and solid and does not feel cheap in any way despite the excellent price. I'm 5'10 175lb and this is

Great Investment, Takes Time To Adjust
I was having low back issues so I decided to try to fix my posture by investing in a kneeling ergonomic chair. So far (it has been a week) my back is feeling better, but my knees do hurt after kneeling in this for more than an hour. They dont hurt during, just when I stand up. I dont know if I need more padding, or if it is the position of the legs that puts a lot of pressure n the knees. I think

kneeling chair
I need a way to adjust the knee pads. They are at an angle that hurt my knees. I need them to tip in more. And I wish the chair pad was flat. It tips in toward my knees and I'm always fighting to sit up straight. I had one for 9 years when I worked for the Regional Training Site-Medical at Fort Gordon, GA and never had a complaint about the chair. I thought this one looked like it and I was wrong

So Far So Good
This is a pretty good chair for the price to be sure. Everyone that said something about the instructions is correct though, I'm not sure how those passed any kind of quality control since eventually you'll tear them up and just wing it. The screws were a bit hard to get in as well. Other than that, this is everything I remember of a kneeling chair and I can feel it working on my posture already.

Love It, Exactly What I Was Hoping For.
Love it, It replaced my office chair completely. It is compact, slowly adjustable but adjustable nonetheless, and encourages better posture, and doesn't get much better for the price. The directions are stupid, barely legible. At some point, you will drop them and move on to common sense. As commented before, weight limit discrepancy... is it 200lb limit or 250lb limit. Oh well, I am 150 anyways.
