Helped To Reduce My Low Back Pain
I wanted a kneeling chair because I suspected my office chair (and my slouching) was contributing to my low back pain. After using this kneeling chair for a couple of weeks, my computer desk posture is better and my back no longer hurts. I specifically bought this chair with the saddle seat because it opens up my hip area and gives me the option to put one or both feet on the floor if my knees/shins need relief from kneeling on them. I agree with the previous review that the saddle seat is a bit hard, but then getting up from time to time to relieve the pressure isn't a bad thing if you spend 4-5 hours a day at a computer like I do.

DAMAGED CHAIR
I received my chair and all 3 cushions were damaged, I called the same day to report the damage and I emailed pictures. A claim representative emailed me back the following day saying it was under review. I had to call back two days later for a status, she said new replacement parts would be sent out and she would email me the tracking information, that was 7 days ago and I still have not heard back from her or received my parts.
