Some items ship Ready to Assemble to help prevent shipping damage. Instructions and hardware are included (wood glue not included).

If your order has already shipped, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. Sending an email does not automatically cancel a shipped order—a customer service representative will follow up regarding cancellation requests

We ship across the contiguous United States. We ship from the closest of our U.S. locations when possible, and some items ship directly from the manufacturer.

The item is in stock and typically leaves our warehouse within 24 business hours. Weekend orders are processed the next business day. Large orders may ship in multiple shipments.

Freight Shipping
Large/heavy items or large-quantity orders may require freight delivery (semi-truck). Freight charges vary based on weight, dimensions, quantity, and delivery location.
Freight is quoted per shipment. We gather rates from multiple carriers and work to find the most cost-effective option. Some manufacturer-direct shipments may take longer to quote.
- Dock-to-Dock: Delivered to your loading dock; you unload
- Tailgate Delivery: Delivered to the truck; you unload

Returns & Damages
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page. Items must be unopened and unassembled. Once assembled, the customer assumes responsibility.
Report issues within 10 days of delivery to claims@theubiquegroup.com or call 1-855-307-3877. Include photos and quantities.
Do not refuse delivery.
- Note “Damaged” or “Shortage” (with quantity) on the delivery receipt if possible
- If the driver won’t allow inspection, write “Driver Refused Inspection” before signing
- Contact us to start the claims process
Product Warranty
Yes, many products are covered by the Ubique Group Limited Product Warranty. Coverage varies and you can learn more here.
Email claims@theubiquegroup.com and include proof of purchase and a description of the issue. A Return Merchandise Authorization may be required.
